Winter poultry respiratory pressure

Cool-season houses that stay damp or under-ventilated put extra pressure on the respiratory tract. Birds drink and feed less, and wet litter adds foot problems on top.

Management first

  • Keep air moving without dumping cold drafts on the flock
  • Watch litter moisture
  • Avoid crowding that traps ammonia

Catalog support

Zetta Mint and Zettatussin are herbal lines used around respiratory comfort. They are nutrition and herbal support, not a named-disease vaccine or antibiotic protocol.

House climate remains the main lever. Supplements do not replace dry litter and ventilation.
